What legal ownership rights do I receive? +
You receive full legal freehold title in your name. Dubai law permits 100% foreign ownership in designated zones. The property is registered in your name with the Dubai Land Department.
What happens at the end of the investment period? +
You may continue ownership and receiving the 10% ROI, or sell the property according to terms outlined in your investment agreement. Full flexibility is always yours.
How is the ROI paid — monthly or annually? +
Payment schedule is agreed during your consultation and documented in your contract — options include annual payment or quarterly distributions.
What is the minimum investment amount? +

Do I need to be in Dubai to invest? +
